Dreamy BOHO shoot

6/16/19

On May 26th we were able to collaborate with a handful of the best vendors in the CNY/NNY wedding industry- and some brand new vendors that will be without-a-doubt successful.

Lindsay and Connie were a delight to work with. Together they own and operate Burlap and Lace Wedding Barn in Camden NY. The location is easy to get to and  has ample parking for all your guests. The best features??!  A beautiful barn with lights and draping that create the perfect canvas for you to customize your wedding, an insane amount of rentals and props (including white-washed chairs, mismatched china, and vintage set ups), and a gorgeous ceremony area.

Heather from Snapshots Photobus and Booths brought "Penny"- the icing on the BOHO cake. She is a vintage ‘77 VW bus with modern high quality digital equipment. She will add that rustic, vintage feel to your event that guests will love. Heather always has the best props, backdrops, and prints. Heather and her team can also provide a vintage lounge area for those wishing to enjoy a cocktail while waiting for their turn.

Marcy from Arnold's flower shop brought some gorgeous blooms to the table  (pun slightly intended).  The different textures along with the pops of color created the perfect bouquets and centerpieces. Of course flower crowns were necessary to complete the BOHO look! She also adorned Penny and the ice cream trailer with some beautiful garland!

Kaitlyn from Klassy Kraves is a passionate up-and-coming baker. The quality of ingredients, love, and detail that goes into her work is incredible. You name it and I'm betting she can make it!  I mean c'mon, how cute are the cakecicles?!

Stacey from Foxy Letters has taken her hobby of calligraphy to the next level. She literally hand-lettered a couple signs ON THE SPOT. The subway tile and gold name tags were so perfect for the tablescapes!

Emily Gill created perfect hairstyles make up for Allison and Jewelia. The bridal style was so intricate- loose curls and a fish tail braid down the back! The makeup was soft but with just enough glam.

Michele Warner from Embellished catering put together a beautiful grazing table/charcuterie display on a vintage bar provided by Burlap and Lace. This is just one of the tasty things Michel's business provides. They specialize in parties from 10-200 guests and offer event consultations on top of their catering service. The best part? They buy most of the food from local vendors and farmers!

Julie from Mai Photography and one of our models/second photographer Matt Larkin captured the essence of the day perfectly. Each photographer has their own talents and shooting style but both showcased the beauty of everything.  Pictures speak 1,000 words right? In that case I will be quiet and let you all see for yourself!

The dresses were provided by Donna Marie's Bridal Shoppe in Utica NY. Shop owner, Donna, is who you will deal with when you enter her shop. It may be smaller than the chain stores or the larger stores in bigger cities BUT she will do everything can to help you find your gown (and your girls!). The designers she carries and the styles she has are like no other. The gown Jewelia wore was made by Casablanca Bridal. The lace detail and small amount of sparkle made it the perfect gown for the BOHO vibe.

Thank you to all the vendors involved in creating this amazing day/shoot!
